الخدمات الاجتماعية
يقوم الأخصائي الاجتماعي بدور حيوي وأساسي، حيث أنه حلقة الوصل بين كل من المريض وأسرته والفريق الطبي المعالج عبر توفير أي معلومات اجتماعية عن المريض وأسرته قد تؤثر على سير الخطة العلاجية، وذلك لضمان سير الخطة العلاجية للمريض بصورة واضحة، كما يقوم الأخصائي الاجتماعي بتنسيق الاجتماعات مع أسرة المريض والفريق الطبي لتوضيح وضع المريض الطبي والخطة العلاجية ومناقشة خطة خروج المريض بالتعاون مع الفريق المسؤول عن خروج المرضى، وأيضاً إجراء الترتيبات اللازمة لتأمين الرعاية الصحية التي يحتاجها بعض المرضى بعد خروجهم من المستشفى.
كما يقوم الأخصائي الاجتماعي بإسداء النصح وتقديم الإرشاد والدعم المعنوي من أجل تبديد الخوف والقلق لدى المرضى وذويهم. وتقديم أفضل الخدمات للمرضى والمساعدة في التخفيف من المشكلات الاجتماعية والمالية التي تؤثر سلباً على استمرارية العلاج المقدم لهم.
يعتبر قسم الخدمة الاجتماعية بالمركز الطبي الدولي عضو في لجنة الحماية من العنف والايذاء، كما يهتم أيضاً بالحالات التي تعاني من مشاكل مالية أو اجتماعية، فضلاً عن حالات غسيل الكلى وحالات كبار السن والشيخوخة وغيرها.

Supportive Guidance Services
Professional guidance and emotional support are available to help patients and families manage adjustments and practical challenges during difficult medical circumstances.

Complex Care and Chronic Disease Support
Focused assistance for patients with complex coordination needs, long-term medical conditions, or those receiving specialized treatments like renal dialysis.
